This is the process of handling all legal matters that arise from the date of death until final distribution of the decedent’s assets. This includes handling state and federal transfer tax matters, claims of creditors, sale of trust/estate assets, and distribution of inheritances to the proper recipients in the proper amounts.

Includes entity formation and maintenance, contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and services, buy-sell arrangements among shareholders, entity governance, and the purchase and sale of business interests. I have handled many business acquisition/disposition matters, including international transactions. I have served on several boards of directors of client businesses and charitable organizations. I was an adjunct professor of business law for a local Executive MBA program
